I designed a layout for UNI publications. The formal treatments of a spacial and structured layout reflects Trevor Paglen’s ideas in Geographies of Time, the writing represented. Negative space can be intentional and become an image itself, and in combination with the black and white images, it allows the viewer to fill the gaps. I am interested in creating layouts that reflect the writing through its formal qualities.
